Coaching Consultation & Film Review

Sometimes the most valuable resource for a coach is a trusted outside perspective.

This service provides coaches with direct access to an experienced set of eyes for film evaluation, tactical discussion, problem-solving, and program-specific questions. Whether you're looking for feedback on a recent game, evaluating a particular scheme, working through a personnel decision, or simply want another perspective, the conversation is tailored to what your program needs.

The goal isn't to tell you how to coach your team—it's to provide an objective perspective, challenge thinking, identify potential solutions, and help you make more informed decisions.

This could include film review, offensive or defensive strategy, personnel and matchups, practice planning, player development, game planning, or general coaching consultation.

Program Evaluation & Strategy

An objective, outside assessment of your lacrosse program designed to identify strengths, uncover areas for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations for continued growth.

The evaluation can examine areas such as coaching structure, player development, practice design, team systems, culture, communication, recruiting, roster construction, and overall program operations.

Following the evaluation, leadership receives a clear assessment of where the program currently stands, where opportunities exist, and specific recommendations for moving forward.
